Admissions Process

How to Apply​

  1. Submit Online Application
    Complete the form at qubaseminary.org/apply with your personal statement, educational history, and two references (one academic, one character).
     

  2. Provide Supporting Documents
    Upload or mail:
     

    • High school diploma or equivalent (or current transcript if in progress)
       

    • Proof of Qur’ān proficiency (minimum Juz‘ ‘Amma memorized with tajwīd)
       

    • Arabic placement assessment (taken online upon submission)
       

  3. Schedule Interview
    After review, qualified applicants will be invited for a virtual or in-person interview with seminary faculty.
     

  4. Receive Decision
    Rolling admissions—responses within 3 weeks. Accepted students receive an enrollment packet and cohort placement.
     

Deadlines

  • Spring 2026 Cohort: January 18, 2026
     

  • Fall 2026 Cohort: June 1, 2026
